Official rules of participation in the campaign "Find money in a pack"
(from March 1st, 2017 to April 6th, 2017)
1. The organizer of the Campaign «Find money in a pack» (hereinafter referred to as the "Campaign") is “TH “LEADER SMAKU” LLC.
Location (legal address): Ukraine, 04073 Kyiv, Kurenivskyi Lane, bldg. 12, block B, office B-102), tel. hotline 0-800-50-10-90 (free of charge from landlines in Ukraine) (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer").
2. Participants and the territory of the Campaign

2.1.The campaign takes place in ATB stores chain, in the range of which there are products "Roasted Salted Sunflower Seeds of TM" LEADER SNACK"(Spravzhnia Lakomka) 150 g. The territory of the Campaign can be changed by the Organizer.
2.2 Only capable persons who fully agree with the terms of these Rules may take part in the Campaign, taking into account the exceptions provided for in clause 2.3 of these Rules (hereinafter referred to as the Participant of the Campaign).
2.3.Individuals who do not comply with the requirements of these Rules cannot be and are not recognized as participants of the Campaign.
3. Terms of the Campaign
3.1. Terms of the Campaign: from March 1st, 2017 to April 6th, 2017 including (hereinafter referred to as the Campaign Period). The campaign period can be changed by the Organizer.
3.2. The products manufactured by the Organizer and marked with a campaign ribbon with the logo "Campaign! Find money in a pack "(hereinafter referred to as the "Campaign Products"), namely:
- Roasted Salted Sunflower Seeds TM "LEADER SNACK" (Spravzhnia Lakomka) 150 g takes part in the Campaign.
3.3. The campaign is not a lottery or service in the field of gambling or competition, and these Rules are not a public promise of reward or conditions of the competition. The Promotion Fund of the Campaign is not formed from the contributions of the Campaign Participants.
3.4. Informing about the details and course of the Campaign is carried out by posting of the Campaign Rules on the website http://leader-snack.com.ua/, as well as by calling the “hotline”: 0-800-50-10-90 (free of charge from Ukrainian landlines).
4. Terms of participation in the Campaign
4.1. In order to take part in the Campaign, the Participant of the Campaign must:
- During the Promotional period of the Campaign to purchase any unit of Campaign Products.
- Find inside Campaign Products:
- one banknote in the amount of 1 UAH up to UAH 100 or
- bag "Try again".
- The person who found the banknote becomes its owner.
5. Prize fund of the Campaign
5.1. The prize fund of the Campaign consists of banknotes, namely:
- banknotes in the amount of UAH 1 up to UAH 100 for the total amount of UAH 48925.
5.2. The prize fund of the Campaign is limited.
5.3. The ratio of banknotes of different denominations is set by the Organizer independently, at its own discretion.
5.4. The total number of Campaign Products exceeds the total number of banknotes belonging to the Campaign Prize Fund. The total number of Campaign Products is determined by the Organizer independently and is not notified to the Participants of the Campaign.
6. Rights and obligations of the Campaign Participant.
6.1. Rights of the Campaign Participant

6.2 . Responsibilities of the Campaign Participant:
- Fulfill properly and in full the conditions of these Rules.
6.2. By participating in the Campaign, each Participant of the Campaign hereby confirms his/her consent to the free use of the provided by him information, including his/her personal data, by the Organizer for marketing and/or any other purpose by methods that do not violate current legislation of Ukraine (by means of transfer to third parties), namely: free use of his/her name, surname, photo or other materials about him/her for advertising/marketing purposes without any restrictions on the territory, time and method of use, but only in the framework of the Campaign, and such use will not be reimbursed in any way by the Organizer and/or any third party. Giving such consent is also considered in the sense of Art. 296, 307, 308 of the Civil Code of Ukraine and the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection". The Participant of the Campaign agrees to be photographed for the production of graphic materials without paying him/her any remuneration for it. Such persons give their consent to the use of their images during the advertising of the Organizer's goods. All intellectual property rights arising in connection with the implementation of this paragraph of the Rules belong to the Organizer. The Participant of the Campaign undertakes to transfer the above-mentioned intellectual property rights to the Organizer by concluding a relevant agreement.
7. Rights and obligations of the Organizer.
7.1. Rights and obligations of the Organizer.:
The Organizer uses all the rights provided by these Rules and current legislation of Ukraine.
7.2. Responsibilities of the Organizer:
Carry out the Campaign in accordance with these Rules.
8. Restrictions
8.1. The Organizer is not responsible in case of force majeure, such as: natural disasters, fire, floods, hostilities of any kind, blockades, significant changes in legislation, other beyond the control of the Organizer.
8.2. The Organizer does not enter into any disputes regarding the recognition of any persons as Participants of the Campaign or as entitled to receive banknotes or their owners. Decisions of the Organizer on the determination of persons by the Participants of the Promotion are final and not subject to appeal.
9. Other conditions
9.1. The Organizer reserves the right to post additional information about the Campaign.
9.2. The Organizer reserves the right not to enter into written negotiations or any other contacts with the Participants of the Campaign, not expressly provided by these Rules.
9.3. The Participant of the Campaign, participating in the Campaign, thereby confirms the fact of acquaintance with these Rules and his full and unconditional agreement with them.
9.4. These Rules are the only official rules for participation in the Campaign.
9.5. The Organizer reserves the right at any time during the Campaign to make changes and additions to the terms and conditions of the Campaign with their mandatory publication on the website http://leader-snack.com.ua/
9.6. In case of situations that allow multiple-valued interpretation of these Rules and / or issues not regulated by these Rules, the final decision on such interpretation and / or clarification is made directly and exclusively by the Organizer. This decision of the Organizer is final and not subject to appeal.
9.7. The text of the Rules of the Campaign is subject to copyright, the exclusive property rights of which belong to the Organizer, all rights are protected. Any copying, reproduction or distribution is prohibited. This violates the Law of Ukraine "On Copyright and Related Rights". In case of discovery of the fact of violation of exclusive property rights, the Organizer has the right to bring the violator to justice.
